Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs

Check-in is anytime after 2:00 pm.
We will be happy to offer FREE early Check-In if your apartment is clean and ready for you before the Check-In time policy.
To do so, our efficient team with our smart software have developed the following routine with 2 emails:

• Please send us your arrival details at least a night before in order to prioritize our cleaning schedule.
• 1st Email. On your arrival day and when your apartment gets empty but not cleaned yet, you will receive an email letting you know that you are able to come and leave your luggage inside if you wish. This email will also activate the “Start Time” for your smart lock code to enter.
• 2nd Email. When we have completed the preparation of your apartment you will receive a second email letting you know that your apartment is now clean and ready for you and you will be able to come for an immediate check-in.

Notes
Emails are automatically sent through our software.
If your apartment is available from the previous night, you will only receive the second email early the morning.
Approximately 90% of our visitors get an hour or two earlier Check-In.

Check-out time is anytime before 11:00 AM.
We can not offer a late check-out but only on extreme, unpredicted circumstances or if you have infants and only upon request and subject to availability.
We offer though, free safe luggage storage if your flight/boat departs after the check-out time  to store your luggage conveniently as long as you need.
