House Rules

Smoking is strictly not allowed in the rooms; smoking is permitted outdoors.

Please do not throw trash in the toilet, use the bin instead.

Pet Policy: We are animal lovers too; however pets are not allowed on the property.

Water: Please do not waste the water. Cycladic islands suffer from drought, the water here is very valuable.

  Please keep the volume under normal levels. Quiet hours during summer are 15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:00.

It is forbidden to sleep more people than the ones of your original reservation unless you have approval first.

Lights and air/cons MUST BE TURNED OFF during your absence. It is a useless and expensive consumption of energy.
Especially our air/conditions are brand new and can transform your space into a fridge in less than 5 minutes.
Please be responsible for this issue as you are doing at your home.

We have invested a lot of energy, time  and money to offer you the best we can,
please treat our property with the same respect as you would your own home!

Failure to respect the above rules can result in asking you to leave the premises with no refund.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
