This is a great place to stay in Naxos if you want the freedom to walk places. The apartment is an easy walk into Naxos Town, the port, and Agios Georgios beach – plus plenty of groceries/mini marts and bakeries within blocks. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and had strong AC in both bedrooms and the main room. Nikitas and Maria were super responsive with our questions and the guide they shared ahead of time gave us tons of useful recommendations for restaurants and for the one day we rented a car and drove inland. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Naxos! The only small fault is that I struggled to find the building when I arrived – but once I found it, the entry instructions were super easy to follow.

This is a very nice AirBNB. The pictures of the apartment give you an idea of the space, but I found it extra spacious and impressive upon arrival. The location of the unit is very close to St George’s beach which we really enjoyed spending time at. A few minutes walk in the other direction and you are in the heart of the Naxos village, full of shops and restaurants. Naxos is really lovely. We did explore other areas of the island via a rental car; Plaka Beach and the Rotonda cafe up in the mountains, but having all the amenities around, including this BNB…we found ourselves spending alot of our time at St. George’s and in the main village. It’s just a beautiful place. The hosts have many recommendations for your consideration, and their house manuals give you all the information you need. The WiFi, HVAC, Access all worked perfectly, We would certainly return here if the opportunity presents itself down the road of life.

We loved our stay at my island home penthouse! The place had plenty of room and had everything we needed. There was also a huge patio and a rooftop space for watching sunsets. The bed was comfortable, and we had a small kitchen with table and chairs. The shower worked great and we always had hot water.
The hosts have put together a really great guide which is helpful for restaurants and beaches and everything we needed to know. They had beach towels and a beach umbrella and mat for our use as well.
This was a super place to stay and we would book it again.
There are lots of stairs to get up to the suite. This was fine with us as we didn’t have huge bags. It’s good to know because if you aren’t very mobile then book a different one of their suites.
We walked to the suite from the port. It’s about 10 minutes and again this was fine for us as we didn’t have huge bags. Otherwise it’s easy to take a taxi.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Naxos, few minutes walk from a great beach, stores and restaurants near you aswell. We loved the entire experience, Nikitas is a great host, you will be provided all the details you need for a fast check in, recommendations on how to get around in Naxos and a lot more. The thing is that Naxos is a wonderful place to explore, this penthouse will be the perfect point to start and the perfect place to rest and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a long day. We stayed for 4 nights and couldn’t have been more impressed. There was significant instructions on how to enter the property, fun things to do in the area and helpful tips. The place was in a decent location, about a 10 min walk from the ferry. It had two beautiful rooftop balconies where we enjoyed amazing sunsets and total privacy. We had comfortable bed, modern apartment and a lovely bathroom. It couldn’t have been nicer! We would recommend to anyone wanting to go to Naxos to stay here!

I loved the privacy of the 2 decks and the views were amazing. The building is very secure and there is a locked door both onto the patio area and into the unit. Nikitas was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend the place and Naxos!! I had a wonderful stay.

Nikitas place was great. The location was perfect, very close to the center and to the beach at the same time. Also close to the public parkings, which made our lives easier. The apartment is beautiful, the same you can see in the photos and everything was so comfy (including the COCO-MAT mattresses which, btw, are the best). Nikitas and Maria were superfriendly and helpful, they provided us with a local guide of Naxos which made the experience even more awesome.

We had arrived by ferry, picked up our rental, and NIkitas came to guide us to the apartment on his ATV. What a first impression! Even when plans changed, he was so gracious and was available to quickly reply and figure things out. He’s literally the best host I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.
I have the same feelings towards the actual apartment. So well-kept and well-designed, creatives will especially love the attention to detail. And I wish I could’ve taken the shower home with me. Make this place the one for your island-hopping trip.

They had provided us with a guide on what to do in Naxos so we didn’t have to waste time doing our research and everything recommended was perfect. The building is 5 minutes walk to St George’s beach or 5 minutes walk to the city centre/port. It was very close to everything you need in the city like restaurants,grocery stores, car rentals, and even health centre for covid testing. I would 100% rebook this unit if I were to return to Naxos and definitely would recommend it to friends or anyone planning a visit to Naxos.

The apartment is perfectly located in a quiet area, walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. The interior is very beautiful, modern and clean. The terrace was very nice for having breakfast in the morning and stargazing in the evening. Nikitas and Maria are very kind and attentive hosts. Would definitely recommend this place!

I absolutely recommend this place, book without hesitation!!! The room is exactly as pictured and super clean. It has a smart tv so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube + Greek channels (which often have English tv shows/movies). Also, the bathroom is great. It’s minutes on foot from the port and town centre, as well as an awesome gym. The hosts have plenty of tips and advice on how to make the most out of your stay in Naxos. They are incredibly warm and welcoming and go above and beyond in my opinion to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible! I can’t wait to go back, and you should look no further and book here!

At the moment we arrived we felt welcome. Nikitas and his wife really want to make your stay as good as possible and they know how to do that with their long experience. They are very friendly and it really fells authentic. It doesn’t seem like a mask they put on like in some other hotels. They offer you coffee in the morning and some refreshments during the day. Every visitor will receive a guide via emails with very useful advices. You will know what is worth to visit and what to skip. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. It’s a lovely place to stay. If we come back to Naxos we know where to go.

The place was very clean and we were also provided with a baby cot for our baby. Nikitas is available for any questions and he always responded very quickly. The location is great, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and right at the center of Naxos, close to all the restaurants and action. Highly recommended and we’ll be back again next year!

Great communication and hospitality from Nikitas! We always prioritise booking accommodation with strong reviews and location, this delivers on both fronts. Minutes walk to the beach and a short stroll in to town. Nikitas provided useful information about the island and also met us at the port for a convenient check-in. Whilst we were working from the flat for the week, the WiFi was also sufficient, incl. video calls. Thanks again for having us.

Great place for the price, fantastic location just 5 minutes into town and right by a small market. They offer a free pick up and drop off at the port too which is incredibly helpful! Really big comfortable bed, WiFi was fast and reliable, flat was sparkling clean and cleaned every day, and the free cold bottle of water in the fridge, the tea and coffee, and the olive oil were all very helpful additions. The only slight let down is the bathroom which is less modern than the rest of the apartment, note that there isn’t a wall attachment for the shower so this has to be held by hand at all times. They replied quickly when I asked for things / tips, and their local Naxos guide is incredibly useful. All in all a fantastic place and fantastic hosts, 5/5.

This is a great central place to stay in Naxos. Maria and Nikitas were perfect hosts with excellent communication making it very easy to book and arrive at the property. They also provided lots of helpful tips on where to eat in local tavernas and where to book car rental. The property was impeccably clean and decorated/furnished to a very high standard. It really did feel like a home from home. You could tell that our hosts had put a lot of care and love into making this property perfect for their guests. We had our own balcony, air conditioning, a lovely and modern powerful hot shower and a large fridge. A sandy beach was only a few minutes walk away. We had an amazing time in Naxos and I cannot recommend this property enough. Will be coming back!

I would absolutely recommend this place to those staying in Naxos. It’s a short 5 minute walk into town, so it is convenient and quiet (staying in town would be too loud). The suite is spacious and very clean! Most of all, the hospitality is unbeatable and genuine. George and Maria went out of their way to give us local tips and to help us navigate our way around the island (especially when we got on the wrong bus to the suite.. our bad!). We learned so much about Naxos from them that we wouldn’t have had we stayed somewhere else. They were always there for any questions and the communication was impeccable. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to Naxos old town, the port and bus station, and is very quiet at night. There are markets and bakeries next door to get everything you need. What can we say about our stay at Nikitas other than it was fabulous from the first communication to the last. We felt at home instantly in their little island paradise from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Nikita provided us with lots of information about Naxos and great travel tips which we would agree was the best part of the experience was as recommended traveling inland to visit the beautiful villages and experience the unique changing landscapes. The people are so nice and friendly, picked us up and dropped us to the port. Every day they were pffering coffees, cakes and juices at the reception! They gave us all the local tips. The location is great and only 7 minutes walk from the port/ old city of Naxos. A super market is only 30 seconds away of the house. We were greeted by George at the port and given a ride to the front door. The place is well appointed with beautiful touches, comfortable beds & Netflix in both bedrooms. The place is more beautiful in person, a lot of care and attention went into this place. Maria & Nikitas provided great suggestions on places to eat, beaches to explore, car rentals and Naxos island. You will want to rent a car at least a day or two and see this amazing Island. We can’t wait to come back to Maria and Nikitas place!

Centrally located and wonderful personalized suggestions for what to do around the island. To top it all off, the hosts came in and tidied up the space everyday. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the island and helpful in making recommendations during our stay, and they were very responsive to our questions and needs. The apartment was ideally located in the main city and was walking distance to the port. Housekeeping came daily, which was nice for trash disposable, as toilet paper is not to be disposed in the toilet in all of Greece. We are grateful for their wonderful hospitality and we would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location! A couple of streets away from restaurants, cafes, shops, and the beach. The house was nicely appointed and clean with plenty of bedding and towels for our family of 4. The beds were super comfortable. They even provided daily housekeeping service which we did not expect. Maria was very responsive before and during our stay. Her brother picked us up from the port on arrival and gave us a ride to the airport for our departure, which was such a hospitable touch! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return to this beautiful island.

I can not say enough about how wonderful our stay was. First of all, the communication from the beginning was excellent. Before we even arrived our hosts sent detailed messages about things to do, see, restaurants, tips, anything you could ask for. It was so helpful and made me feel so much more comfortable about coming to a new place. Upon arrival we were greeted by George. He took us to the adorable apartment and showed us around. Everything was clean and well maintained. We loved it. And the location is just fantastic!! Easy walk to so many shops, restaurants, and the beach. It was very hard to leave this wonderful spot and these lovely hosts. They went above and beyond. We will absolutely be returning to Naxos….we fell in love! Groceries, restaurants and shopping all very close by. Laundry down the block and well worth paying to have it washed, dried and folded. Pick-up and drop-off were great and on time. A Fantastic stay! Thank you! We’ve spent 5 weeks in Greece, travelling across Paros, Santorini and Naxos with all Airbnb stays. From the moment we arrived, everything was very easy and a truly enjoyable travel experience. George kindly met us at the port and got us to the apartment in no time, and everything was perfectly set up. This was a huge help based on experiences across the other islands to offer free transfers without having to find sometimes very difficult locations and hauling suitcases up steep hillsides! Maria was very communicative and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment was VERY comfortable, very clean, extremely well appointed and excellent location to the beach and town centre. I highly recommend staying. The cleaning each day was efficient and very appreciated. For those travelling with kids, big bonus was having Netflix set up in each room for some down time, and a really well appointed kitchen. Thanks once again for a very enjoyable stay!

Our young daughter LOVED the sleeping cave with stars on the ceiling. St George’s beach was an easy short walk and the town center was an easy stroll. The apartment is in what seemed to be a very local area, away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment had everything we needed, including beach toys for children. The place is much larger than expected, and very clean and comfortable. Great place to crash after exploring all that this lovely island has to offer! Maria, Nikitas and George are so helpful and kind! Quick to respond to any questions. If you give them advance notice, George can take you to/from the airport or port. He’s such a friendly, kind person!! It was a treat to bump into him in the neighborhood during our stay. And the young lady who cleans is super sweet. I think she doesn’t speak as much English, but we managed to communicate. And she does a fantastic job cleaning the unit quickly and efficiently. The whole stay (we spent 4 days here) felt like staying with friends because the apartment feels like a home, and the hosts are so warm and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Naxos!!!

We didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Nikitas and Maria, but we had such a great experience with George. Upon arrival, there was a delay in delivering the car to us at the port from the car rental company but George was very understanding and patient, and made an extra trip to drop off his ATV and get his car so that he could drive my wife and kids (ages 4 and 1) back to the Airbnb first. George was very responsive and helped addressed all our questions and gave us great travel tips/restaurant recommendations too. The place is nice and cosy, and it was a comfortable stay for our little family of 4. We would definitely recommend Nikitas’ and Maria’s island home!

I had a great one month stay while working online from Nikitas and Maria’s apartment. They are exceptional hosts who always respond promptly to any questions, and they also live in the same complex, so you’ll see them around. I really appreciated the pick up and drop off at the ferry port, and the random chats in the evenings. They have lots of tips about Naxos and surrounding islands. The flat is nicely decorated and looks just like the photos. The wifi is fast. There’s a shop with everything you need on the corner. I would definitely recommend this studio.

My 5 week stay was incredible! Maria and her team surpassed all of my expectations. The apartment is clean, stylish, close to the city center, safe, the internet is fast and reliable and the service is absolutely perfect. Everything you could need is provided (toiletries, full kitchen supplies, daily cleaning, towels etc.). Maria has a true passion for sharing her community with guest and she was always there if I needed anything. They showed me around the island and their favorite villages, shared local food and wine with me and provided great advice about daytrips every morning. I highly recommend staying here and I hope to be back to the King Studio again!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Naxos, look no further. Maria’s Exclusive King Studio was absolutely perfect for our 3 nights in Naxos. To start, George picked us up from the port and drove us to the reception where we checked in, then drove us to our room, which was an unexpected surprise! The location is only 10 minute walk by the water down to the Old Town and bus station. The Studio itself was super clean, and nicely decorated. George and Maria even cleaned up our rooms daily and gave us new sheets and towels. They gave us great suggestions on restaurants and beaches, and every place they recommended we loved! One of the best parts of our stay was our daily complimentary coffee and breakfast at reception. We looked forward to it every morning. George and Maria went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible, and were some of the best hosts we have ever had. We 100% recommend this place if you want a comfortable and clean room and kind and generous hosts who want to show you the best Naxos has to offer.

It has been a real pleasure to stay in the apartment. We have a 17 years old daughter and a 14 year old son, and the accommodation was perfect for us. The apartment is practically new, and it has been regularly cleaned with towels replacement. Kitchen fully equipped. The position is perfect, in a radius of 100mt one can have every service the could be wanted: minimarket, bar , restaurants , laundry, car rental. Literally 3min walk and you are in St. George beach, with umbrella and sunbeads to rent. In the evening, in 10 min of relaxed walking there is the close-to-the-traffic area to go eating and shopping, or just to enjoy the sunset at the port. The rooms are equipped with conditioned air, but the delicate wind of the night was enough to give a fresh breath. We have slept with the windows open, the area is close to the lively center but it was really calm overnight. Do not worry about infos on the place, where to go, where to eat and so on, Maria will take care of all the information you need, after an initial full explanation she is always available on the chat of Airbnb answering in less than 5 minutes. I suggest to rent a car for at least a day or two, to visit the inner island. At the arrival and departure, they take care to drive you at the place. About eating… we changed restaurant every meal and nobody failed us. High level in everywhere. Strongly suggested.

My only complaint is that they should have told us to stay longer… Naxos is a great place for a family with plenty to do for all ages and abilities. They picked us up and sent us back to the ferry terminal. their cosy little apartment is so close to everything. Just down the road from the apartment, is a lovely restaurant called Nostimos Hellas. Best food ever! Our absolute favourite restaurant in Greece. and it is just 1 minute walk from this apartment. This apartment is small but ever so clean. Nikitas gives great advice on how to fully enjoy the island and did we ever enjoy Naxos! Thank you for letting us enjoy Naxos from your wonderful apartment.

Our Hosts were so helpful with everything and great with all communication. An easy walk to all the best of Naxos town from the house. I highly recommend staying here and we look forward to staying again the next time we visit Naxos!

In short, the apartment is so nice I could live here. Spacious, comfortable, modern but warm furnishings, lots of places to put your stuff and spread out. Kitchen was very nice and we saved money by making breakfast each day. There’s a market just 3 blocks away with all the essentials. Bedrooms felt serene and homey. Especially nice were the double paned windows which made for an extremely quiet space and blackout shades on the outside of the windows that allowed you to sleep in total darkness or you could also arrange them to have a little bit of light or leave them open if you prefer. Plenty of pillows were also nice. Our hosts were very kind. They gave us a free ride to and from the airport and helped us during the stay by answering our questions. We originally wanted a pool but we didn’t miss not having one.

Our stay at Nikitas’s was wonderful. We were collected by Nikitas himself, who on the trip pointed out local points of interest and explained how to walk to the town and port. When we arrived, the apartment was spotless and stylish. Nikitas then have us a map and told us what we could do around the island. Hiring quad bikes was one of them. They are safe and are the best and most fun way to see the island and were very reasonable at €25 per day. There is also a fantastic local restaurant at the end of the street called Oasis. Delicious and well priced. Try the Beef Stifado! Would definitely return!

When we first arrived, Nikitas (your host) picked us up at the port (which they offer to make it convenient and stress free for your arrival) and asked us if this was our first time in greece, which it was, and asked what other islands are we going to. We responded and he said ‘You will have a wonderful time here, and after you leave and see the other islands, you’ll then know why Naxos is so special’….and he was so right. I waited to write this review until the end of our trip to check him on that. Naxos is incredible for many reasons. Hospitality and kindness is frequent with anyone you’re dealing with, and it absolutely has an impression on Nikita’s place. The apartment is extremely clean, it is beautifully decorated, the kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfortable, the outside area is so peaceful to have your coffee / tea in the morning or wine whenever you please. Maria offered to take our laundry when we needed it (for a cost, as there isn’t washer on site). You are walking distance from all the cafes, restaurants, markets / grocery stores, car rental / atv rentals (which we rented from Motoland – which I recommend personally). Everything is available, but not at the cost of your peace of mind either. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Wake up early, take a walk on the beach, drink some greek coffee and relax. Overall: If you’re thinking about seeing Naxos – stay here. It’s wonderful. And spend at-least 3 days here. But if you can only do 2, you’ll still have a wonderful time. In hindsight, I now wish we stayed an extra day or two to see the island more. You will have great hosts who know the island very well. Rent a car or ATV (the people at motoland we’re great to us). If you drink, try the Kitron! We love and hate that you can only get the drink on Naxos, so we brought some bottles home. If you’re vegan / gluten free you do have options but will have the search a bit. Only thing my wife and I thought were worth noting, and it may not be a problem at all, but if you have leg or back problems and would struggle stepping into a bathtub or standing up out of one – I’ll try to explain the bath. The bath has a removable shower head on the lower end that you can use and move around your body, but it is not hands free or built into the wall. As I said, this may not be a problem, as it wasn’t for us, but I imagine it could be for someone with mobility issues. Bottom line. Staying here would be a great decision and you’ll leave missing Naxos.

Nikitas and Maria were the best hosts. Communication before was prompt and clear. The port pick-up and drop-off were great. We arrived to an exceptionally clean house with many homey touches. There were even fresh delicious baked goods on the table waiting for us. Maria made some recommendations for restaurants that were really good. The ferry system went on strike while we were there and they let us stay an extra night free of charge. What a difference that made in helping us have a great holiday. Their generosity was much appreciated. There Island Home is within walking distances from everything in Naxos Town so we did not rent a car. We had a blast and Nikitas and Maria get a lot of credit for that.

Great, stylish, clean and comfortable ground floor apartment with air conditioning, which is definitely needed in Naxos. Hosts were always there to help as they live on the first floor. We were greeted at the port by their driver who delivered us to the accommodation efficiently. We were met by the host and given a quick tour and advice about what to see and where best to go. They even assisted us with car rental suggestions. The accommodation is conveniently located so that it was just a short walk to most of the sites of the town and the many eateries. They even have a cleaner come every day! Had a wonderful stay and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Maria’s place. Maria did everything she could to ease our stay : she was easily reachable before we arrived, organised our transfert from the port to the flat, was waiting there for us, and took time to give us many tips about the island. The appartment is really nice, with two ACs, nicely decorated and a bit bigger than it looks on the pictures. Also, the bed is really very confy. The location is also perfect : a 10 minutes walk will bring you in the old town, but there are also really good retaurants just 2 minutes walk from the flat.

Our stay at Maria’s place was great! When our ferry was delayed due to and weather, Maria was very accommodating and understanding. Her place is very spacious, clean, and in a wonderful location, close to the beach and the old town. Maria arranged for her brother, George, to pick us up from the port which was especially appreciated since it was raining when we arrived. Maria came by the apartment to give us some tips about what to do and which villages to visit during our stay. George also drove to the airport when we were leaving; which was such a nice touch. We would highly recommend a stay at Maria’s place.
