Exclusive Penthouse consists of 2 big bedrooms, each one with air conditioning, and Samsung 40+ smart TVs. One bedroom with a big double bed and another bedroom with single beds that can be transformed very easily into another 1 king-size double bed. In the living room a comfortable sofa can be transformed to 2 more single beds increasing the total capacity to 6 guests. Exclusive Apartment’s living and dining space is big enough to allow 6 adults to relax and enjoy. It is spacious enough for 4-5 adults (max. occupancy 6)

A car is not necessary but if you wish to bring yours or rent one, parking is relatively easy in the neighborhood streets or alternatively, you will certainly park in the big public parking just 100 meters from the apartment. Please keep in mind that you cannot park exactly in front of the apartment.
Our main hotel “Margo Studios” is located just 50 meters away. It is always a pleasure to meet and chat with you at our reception lounge!

Maria’s place was nothing less than FANTASTIC!! It had all the amenities that someone needs. Was very clean and the communication with Maria was excellent!! The people are so nice and friendly, picked us up and dropped us to the port. Every day they were pffering coffees, cakes and juices at the reception! They gave us all the local tips. The location is great and only 7 minutes walk from the port/ old city of Naxos. A super market is only 30 seconds away of the house. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back again!! Thank you so much Maria!!

This place is in a great location, in close walking distance to the port and old town/castle area and only a 10 minute walk into town. The apartment is very stylish and well appointed, and Maria, Nikitas and Giorgios are super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay – even picking us up from the port on our arrival. Catch up with Maria for some local knowledge on the best places to eat. There is plenty of space in the room and the kitchenette allows for cooking a basic meal. I had a great one month stay while working online from Nikitas and Maria’s apartment. They are exceptional hosts who always respond promptly to any questions, and they also live in the same complex, so you’ll see them around. I really appreciated the pick up and drop off at the ferry port, and the random chats in the evenings. They have lots of tips about Naxos and surrounding islands. The flat is nicely decorated and looks just like the photos. The wifi is fast. There’s a shop with everything you need on the corner. I would definitely recommend this studio.

My 5 week stay was incredible! Maria and her team surpassed all of my expectations. The apartment is clean, stylish, close to the city center, safe, the internet is fast and reliable and the service is absolutely perfect. Everything you could need is provided (toiletries, full kitchen supplies, daily cleaning, towels etc.). Maria has a true passion for sharing her community with guest and she was always there if I needed anything. They showed me around the island and their favorite villages, shared local food and wine with me and provided great advice about daytrips every morning. I highly recommend staying here and I hope to be back to the King Studio again!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Naxos, look no further. Maria’s Exclusive King Studio was absolutely perfect for our 3 nights in Naxos. To start, George picked us up from the port and drove us to the reception where we checked in, then drove us to our room, which was an unexpected surprise! The location is only 10 minute walk by the water down to the Old Town and bus station. The Studio itself was super clean, and nicely decorated. George and Maria even cleaned up our rooms daily and gave us new sheets and towels. They gave us great suggestions on restaurants and beaches, and every place they recommended we loved! One of the best parts of our stay was our daily complimentary coffee and breakfast at reception. We looked forward to it every morning. George and Maria went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible, and were some of the best hosts we have ever had. We 100% recommend this place if you want a comfortable and clean room and kind and generous hosts who want to show you the best Naxos has to offer.

Location is not too far from the port, but it is in a quiet area which is great. Nik and Maria are extremely helpful in making sure that you enjoy your stay and have everything you need.
