5 Star Residence Arrival Information

Please text us the name and the number on your passport (only one). These details are obligatory since we need to declare the reservation in the tax authorities. Please avoid delays at your arrival day and send them before your arrival.
Please send us your bedding preferences (twin, double, baby-cot etc.). There will be a fee of 30 euros paid directly to our maids if you want to make changes after check-in.
Please send us your arrival details when you know them to help us programming the preparation of your apartment.

Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 PM.
Happy to offer an earlier check-in if there is availability, more info.

Gaining Access
The apartment has a keyless entrance 
Ring the doorbell of the building’s front door for 3 seconds and push the door when you hear the buzzer.

Follow the stairs to the 2nd floor.

To enter your apartment just press the 6-digit code on the keypad, let it unlock and enter.
The code will be sent to you 72 hours prior to your arrival.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Naxos island does not have street numbers and locals do not use or know the street names. This means that you need the exact pin location for every destination.

Parking
You can park for free on the street outside or near the apartments on a first come first serve basis.
If there is no space there are 2 free big public parking at 200 metres, you can find them here 
Alternatively, there are also plenty of private parking in the area, the closest at 100 meters.

To/from port
On foot is about 10 minutes walking. Alternatively, if you travel very heavy you can get a taxi from the port at an approximate cost of 15 euros.

To/from  airport
A taxi is the easiest option, the ride lasts less than 10 minutes and the cost is approximately 20-25 euros.
Alternatively, you can walk 15 minutes towards Naxos Camping and get the bus to Naxos town (Bus lines 1 & 10) Click here for the timetable and prices.
Ask the bus driver to make a stop at Cinema, walk 350 meters, pass the police station and after 100 meters turn left before the New Car car rental. Then just walk straight for 100 meters until you see our sign “5 Star Residence”. click for map

By bus 
From the south part beaches Lines 1, 10 (Agios Prokopios, Agia Anna, Plaka)  the closest bus stop (450 meters) is Cinema. click for map
From the villages or farther beaches, Lines 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 the closest bus stop (550 meters) is Hospital. click for map
In the rare case that you are coming from Eggares or Apollonas village, Line 5 you will have to stop at the Port.

On foot from the port (12 min.)

1.  Turn right after the pier and keep going straight along the waterfront.

2. When you reach Alpha Bank turn left and in the next turn right towards the central court’s square.

3. Continue towards Saint George beach from the right-hand side road for 150 meters and turn left before Fantasy car rental. 5 Star Residence is exactly at the next building block.

By car from the port (5 min.)

Please note that if you are coming by car from the port is not the same way as coming on foot due to the one-way roads.

1.  Start from the port like the rest cars since its a one-way road and follow the signs “To Center” or “To Saint George Beach”.

2.  Turn left at Exarchopoulou street to reach the Court’s Square (plateia Protodikiou) and then continue towards Saint George Beach.

3.  When you see the Fantasy car rental turn left in Melanon street and 5 Star Residence is at the next building block.
