Payment Policy Rules

- For online reservations up to 28 days prior to arrival: a 25% deposit upon booking is required. Balance collected 28 days before check-in.
- For online reservations less than 28 days prior to arrival: 100% prepayment upon booking is required.
- For offline reservations upon request (by email, tel, pass by, etc.), a deposit will be agreed upon with a bank card charge/authorization.
- All payments require a valid credit/debit card. The procedure is 100% secure & 100% automatic.
Cancellation Policy Rules
This Smart Rate allows free booking cancellation/modification up to 28 days before arrival:

- Cancellations before that date: no charge, your payment is immediately refunded.
- Cancellations for up to 21 days prior to your arrival: 70% of your payment refunded. For modifications 70% of the modified period.
- Cancellations for up to 14 days prior to your arrival: 50% of your payment refunded. For modifications 50% of the modified period.
- Cancellations after that date or no-show or early departure: there is a full charge for the entire stay.
Important Note: All refunds will have a cost deduction of 2.9% for banking card expenses. Authorization releases are without cost.

- Smart Cancellation: After the confirmation of your reservation along with the details of it, we will also send you a link so that you can always cancel your reservation and get immediately refunded according to the policy rules.
- Smart Refund: All cancelations after the free cancelation period are eligible for a full refund if we succeed to fill the canceled unit again. We are very able to reserve your unit again even in a last-minute situation so in this case, we will return you the proportional amount of money. Please keep in mind that you will be refunded the amount of money (if any) that we will receive from the new guest and not the amount that you originally paid. If there is any, you will be notified by us on your original check-out day. Smart Refund does not affect the general cancellation policy rule but is added to it.
Check-In/Out Policy Rules

- Check-in time: After 15:00
- Check-out time: Before 11:00
- Early Check-in Requests: We cannot guarantee a morning check-in if your flight/boat arrives early a.m. We do our best to accommodate requests and can usually offer an hour or so earlier and /or a bag drop. However, please keep in mind that you also want a spotlessly clean apartment and this requires time. Hence if early check-in is essential, please book an additional night.
- Late Check-out Requests: This cannot be satisfied but only in cases where you are coming with small kids and upon request. We offer though, free smart safe luggage storage if your flight/boat departs after the check-out time in a designated area equipped with key-lock boxes to store them conveniently as long as you need.

- Smart Locks: All our units are equipped with smart locks, meaning that you are able to check in whenever you want after the check-in time. The code for entering your apartment will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
